My mom bought me this book where I actually write down how I feel, what I ate what activities I did and I think its actually quite helpful! Maybe physically writing down stuff was the missing piece! I combine it with sparkcoach.. Up to now, i've only skipped a day (which is much better than what I can usually pull off.. So hopefully it'll keep me on track! It reminds me of when I was younger and kept a journal.. :)
Blogging too for that matter.. Maybe I should do it more often..
