Holy Cow, I lost 2 days!

Thursday, May 09, 2013

Yikes, I've been so busy that I have literally not had time to check in here since Monday!! Work is crazy, home is crash time after I get through the school work with the kids...

I'm hanging in there, counting and tracking and counting and tracking...and hey, who knew that chicken pot pie was *so* many points!!! But I guess that's what Flex Points are for, right? Had to use 10 of them in one day, yuck!

Gotta tighten things up a little bit, I've been eating too many carbs *for me*. Gonna flush, flush, flush the next few days with lots of extra water, lots of low carb veggies.

Yes, some foods really are so much more carb heavy than we think. Keep going!

Kat -- on the Weight Watcher program, you get an amount of points to use daily; everyone has a different amount based on age, weight, etc. You also get 49 points to use throughout the week, if you chose. These are to cover you for special occasions, over doing it on points one day, etc. I have tried NOT to use them. Next week is my birthday though, and for that I will plan on using some Flex Points (maybe I have the name wrong?).
