1. track everything I stayed in all my ranges.
2.10 min. of exercise. I did 33 minutes
3.15 min.of quiet time did 15 mins
4. measure my food.yes!!!
The day was good. I love it when I do all my goals.
today is a little bit yucky out so it will have to be and inside exercise day. I love how I feel when I exercise so why is it so hard to do it?
I thought the more I did it the easier it would get. not yet.
well guess i had better get up and get moving. Have a great day.
