Day #316 - Doing well...Day #3 of logging - Weigh-in

Still having these strange dizzy spells got to call doc today after 9 to see what the blood work showed. Didn't workout as I didn't want to pass out at the gym. It's so weird they only hit me when I lay down but yesterday I got that wooozzzzyyy out of body experience just sitting in my chair before going home yesterday.

Any whooooooo... I did eat well yesterday but...I messed up last nite. I ate some candy...don't know why but I did some analyzing this morning and some praying on it. Weighed in this morning and I've dropped all but 9 ounces of that water weight gain I had last week. Even after all the weekend splurge I'm down about 9#s. I said last week I was retaining fluids because of my missing diuretic from my doc. So after a few days of taking it consistently I'm back to normal I believe. Although I missed 2 days during my travels.

My calorie intake has been in the 1700s which is the middle of what Spark recommends for me. I'm going to work on trimming that down some. I guess I can make that a goal for next month. But will start today.

Hopefully I'll feel good all day and the news from the doctor will be good - so i can get into the gym or at least a walk outdoors today. I just miss the sweat...so if I have to do less or do it slower I just got to get it done.
