Today was supposed to be leg day at SWEAT, it was not. Today was another upper body day, complete with so many push ups I thought my arms might fall off.
*TRX bicep curls, for some reason this did not come naturally at all. I had the trainer over a few times to correct my form. Way to start the workout:)
*pull ups, by this time my arms were already nearly dead. After 3 stations, 7 more to go just for round 1....yikes!
*push ups on BOSU
*squats #50 sandbell
*tricep kickback, more correcting. I think at this point I was wondering if I was going to do anything right today.
*more push ups down the ladder
*walking lunges with tricep over head extension sandbell
*tricep dips on equalizer
*benchpress #46 wohoo! At least my arms did not fall off, but they were shaking away. Considering that is the most I have ever benchpressed, I was pretty happy and that was after everything else we did.
I also got 20 minutes on the stepper before class and 12 miles spinning after class.
578.75 miles for the year!
Off to get the last minute things for my sister's shower:)
