Yesterday was another good session with my trainer. She really can come up with them!
1 minute: Burpee to overhead press
3 - 20/20: Plank/Push-up
1 minute: Squat to upright row
3 - 20/20: Jump Squats(modified-hands to ceiling on toes, down to floor) /Mountain Climbers
1 minute: Single Leg Rows (30 seconds/side)
3 - 20/20: MB sit-up/Pulses with MB on shins
1 minute: MB Slam to Burpee
3 - 20/20: Bicep Curls/forward shoulder raises
1 minute: Figure 8’s with Kettlebell
3 – Skull crushers/narrow grip bench press
I hit the treadmill before for 8 minutes and the elliptical afterwards for another 5. I didn't reach my 10K steps goals yesterday but I burned a lot of calories.
I've been doing really well with food and tracking and even though I went over on calories a few days, I still had a loss at the end of the week. I guess picking the right foods makes the difference!
