not sore?

so i did part of the p90x plyometrics work out as my evening work out yesterday, which involves about 1000 different types of squats and lunges...and i am not sore! at all! hello fitness level increase :)

and oh yea... i know all i do is complain about my plateau... but today i have decided to focus on the fact that i have lost 10 of these:
