Today is going to be a good day. I just have to keep telling myself that. The weather is supposed to be pretty yucky, rainy, thunderstorms, and even though I know we need the rain, I don't like days when I can't get outside to play. Boy I sound like a little kid! I am blessed to be able to get outside most days to play, and love to be outside. I love to go for walks, look at the trees, hear the birds singing, seeing the changes in nature from day to day. My lunchtime walk yesterday was very enjoyable, there is a pond that I walk by and look for turtles. There weren't any turtles in it, but they will be back soon I'm sure.
Hubby and I made our reservations for our 30th anniversary trip in July to Nashville. I am really looking forward to it. We didn't make our reservations for the Grand Olde Opry or our anniversary dinner cruise yet, but we will do that soon. We have our airline tickets and hotel booked. I called a travel agency yesterday, but what they sent me wasn't what I asked for, so hubby suggested we just do it ourselves.
I am the only one who can do this for myself.
I make the choice of what I put in my mouth and what I don't.
I make the choice to exercise or not daily
I make the choice to have a positive frame of mind
I make the choice to be healthy!
