Hope you are having a good week.
Well this will be a quick blog as I am at work and about to start. However, I just have to state that I have run with work yesturday and I have beaten my time :) Yipeeee!!!
On saturday I did 23 mins running 2 miles and I did 22.31 mins running 2 miles I and well chufted
Well that it for now will continue this evening better earn the pennies, Bye
Well today has been a good day, except I have gone 20 cals over my limit as my cravings not hunger went over the limit. However, I stopped thought and by going on to this site I has got my mind out of must eat food to nope don't need food
