I've been doing weekly measuring since my weight loss isn't going quite as quickly as I'd hoped. I've lost over 3 inches when combined from around my body! I knew my clothes were fitting looser! I'm enjoying doing the strength training exercises and, with the help of the 28 Day Boot Camp Challenge, continue to be motivated to push myself with interval walking. Today I even extended my goal to go for a healthy BMI.
