Here on out I promise that loving myself is more important than loving food. I will do better, work harder, and make prayer my number one weapon in this journey. I will be successful, healthy, in shape, and happy. I miss the days of loving who I was and knowing my body wouldn't fail me when walking up steps, going to the gym, running around with friends. I WILL make a change. I WILL not let my past mistakes hold me back. I'm a new creation.

    Great blog post! emoticon

Another Sparker posted this and it really spoke to me:

“When you no longer believe that eating will save your life when you feel exhausted or overwhelmed or lonely, you will stop. When you believe in yourself more than you believe in food, you will stop using food as if it were your only chance at not falling apart. When the shape of your body no longer matches the shape of your beliefs, the weight disappears. Yes, it really is that simple.”
