Well I was almost asleep but then the hubs flipped the light on and started talking to me.... Ugh. Now I'm awake.
I hope sleep finds me soon though. I would like to visit dreamland.
Still yo-yoing. I'm hoping next week I can start by adding a 3 mile walk 3 days a week. And see if that helps me any. Well walk/jog. I'm trying to build myself up to running the whole thing. But baby steps first! And I need to step up my strength training.
This weekend is Mother's Day. We've got plans with my sister in law's family. Saturday we have a few houses to look at in the morning, soccer in the afternoon, and then visiting with my Father in law in the evening since he will be in town.
I wanted to get some cleaning done, but maybe the following weekend (besides the times that I'm at the soccer fields) I can get some good cleaning done. I want to start going through things and boxing up things we don't touch, and throwing things out that we don't need. I know we don't have a house yet, but getting prepared for moving is never a bad idea, since we know it will be happening eventually.
Thankfully my spare throat is gone, now I just have a constant annoying runny nose to deal with. Hoping that it will clear up soon.
I am proud of myself, I have managed to get at least 10,000 steps in everyday this week. WOOHOO! Lts see if I can keep it up, and finish the week off strong!
