I know it's not the first, but I am going to try a new approach. One of my spark friends posts monthly goals. I think this is great and it also is a motivator to keep me on track. So here are my goals or the month of May
1. Exercise at least 5x/wk
2. Drink 8 glasses of water daily
3 Attend church every Sunday and Weds
4. No dining out during the week
5. Dessert can only be 150 calories or less
6. Have at least 3 servings of fruit or veggies a day
7. Do abdominal exercises 3x/week
8. Lose 5lbs
On June 1st I will revisit these goals to see how I have done.
