Make a list of all the horrible things that will happen to you if you don't lose weight. And a list of all the things that you will miss and won't happen.
I put mine on my notes on my iphone.
The second your mind moves to craving, read your list. It works!
You have to do it just at the beginning. If you wait until you are fully engulfed in your craving, you won't even read it. So far I am conquering my sabotaging myself. Yeah!
