Today I made a big step, I normally don't go to the gym alone unless I am going to see my personal trainer or taking a spin class..Today I took my trainers boxing fitness class alone. My husband is really sick right now so I decided to go while he stayed home and got some rest. I am so glad I decided to go. My trainer really kicked my butt tonight! We did everything timed by the boxing timer, so we did four rounds of jump rope at 3 minutes per round, then we did lots of jack knifes and mountain climbers push ups burpees and jumping jacks while hitting the heavy bags and the mitts in between all of that craziness. I am feeling like tomorrow will definitely be a sore day for me! But I am going to dig deep and get on in the gym to train with my trainer one on one tomorrow!! He really has made a world of a difference! I managed to drop 18% body fat in a matter of 5 months thanks to him pushing me beyond my comfort zone. So anyway, I am going to set a personal goal for myself, I am going to try to make it to spin at least 3 times a week aside from me training with Doug, and I am going to take advantage of his boxing fitness/hardcore camp while he still has it indoors, he switches to outdoor boot camps during the summer but it's at 5:30 am and I sometimes have to be at work for 4am or 6:30am..so those are my goals, I also have the insanity workouts so I will be trying those too. one thing at a time though, I don't want to take on more than I can handle!! I'm so proud of myself and I'm feeling great!!
