My Goals - Revisited...

I allow myself to eat foods that nourish me at every meal, every day.

I allow myself to move my body in every way that supports and heals my body, every day.

I allow myself to release my excess weight, mentally and physically, so that I am my ideal natural weight, both mentally and physically, by March 2014.

I allow and encourage myself to see the humor in life and to laugh every day.

I allow myself to look myself in the mirror and see ALL of me by June 15, 2013.

I allow myself to treat my body like the temple for my soul that it is, every day.

I allow myself to work in my dream job by December 2013.

I allow myself to live in my beautiful relaxing home with all of my bills paid on time, every month, a full retirement fund, and enough extra money to do what brings me joy.

I allow myself to experience failure and success, as often as I can so that I can learn and grow.

I allow myself quiet reflective time to rejuvenate my body, mind, and spirit, every day.

I allow myself to be present in the moment, every day all day long.

I allow myself to hug me, every day.
