Tiny baby steps mean I should be wearing a tutu and dancing around.
I did my ten minutes of fitness this morning, and aimed to do a regular workout today.
Welllll, it didn't happen.
Life happens, got busy, the "y" is sticking on my keyboard, wrote a few notes, did some study, paid some bills, Wrote a poem, wrote a couple blogs (here and elsewhere),
Got a haircut (ooh la la!) - happy with my haircut.
Went out to eat with my hubby.
Went to Bible study tonight.
Went for an ice cream with said hubby (oops, scratch that, oh well, its not indelible ink).
So, a couple baby steps forward, and backwards, and sideways. The dance of life.
I can tell you that the McD's had the calorie count on the outside menu at the drive up now, and I think that is a very wise thing. My hubby thought twice about what he chose.
The 280 calorie sundae is the better choice over the 600 calorie Frappe.
On the positive note, I bought yogurt for home, and fresh cherries and strawberries. That should keep us from falling off that darn wagon again. Smoothies! Too bad I can't convince my dh to like yogurt.
