Ok, so, I went over my calories again.. today. GAH! I just can't get it right! But I really wanted it.. and it is the LAST TIME. SERIOUSLY.
HOWEVER, I did do 2 workouts today!
My 2nd workout for today was ZCUT #1 and I beat my time by 3 minutes! Woo hoo!! This is my third go around with #1 and I'm still cutting down my times. I feel fantastic!
Tomorrow I plan on bike riding, being active in the yard, doing my bonus abs, and not being lazy! Whatever I do.. I mustn't be lazy!
I'm well aware that I'm absolutely NOT losing weight this week. My diet has been too terribly poor for that but that doesn't mean that I shouldn't be active and build more muscle. I hope to see fantastic results next week and I'll report back here on Sunday - even if I gain weight. :)
See you guys tomorrow after I'm super active on my rest day! :D
