"If you're happy with who you are, you will live a fulfilling life"
On that note..I had lentils and chocolate for dinner and was utterly happy with my food choices for the day. Fruit and soy milk coffee for breakfast, veggie sandwich for lunch and of course chocolate (and lentils) for dinner. No snacks whatsoever..woohoo!
I'm about 90% vegetarian at the moment so I guess I would fall into the *almost* vegetarian category. I do need a lot more creative vegetarian meal ideas so that is my focus over the next month. I'm happiest when I'm creative with my meals so I hope to find great ideas on spark.
Learning for the day on the nutrition front: It helps to drink half a cup of light soymilk before sleeping to prevent those night time cravings.
