I have been totally off my diet and exercise regime!!! I feel so bad but my stress level is so high! Finals/ moving/ finding a job....etc!!! I havent been eating good atal- and i just can't handle all the pressure! I really hope i can get through the next couple weeks and re-find balance but stress is taking a tole on my body- my hip/ leg pain is back in full blast- chest pain daily- skin breakouts its crazy how stress can cause havic- i know exercise and eating right would help but im just not motivated and can't think straight- I dono where to start to regain balance- I think going to yoga this weekend might be a good start- also id been in great shape and eating well getting ready for the 5k which was amazing and out time was 35min but now its over i dont have that goal on the horizon so maybe setting another fun thing like that? Anyway writing this blog was kinda first step to acknowledging my weakness and starting a new
