I've been struggling lately. Still 95% vegan and loving it. But I've let myself have way too many treats and sweets. The thought of going back to food logging doesn't appeal. What to do?
I saw this article yesterday, and watched the video today. I'm VERY intrigued.
I wonder if semi-fasting twice/week would be easier than counting calories daily. At least on the surface, it seems more manageable and appealing.
Of course, I'm wary of fads and quick fixes and all of that. This feels different, though.
My other concern is that I can feel quite awful if I let my blood sugar get too low. I think this is part of my tendency to overeat. So I would probably have to be pretty strategic about the 'fast' days.
I'd love to hear thoughts or stories from anyone who has given this a try. VERY tempted. I guess the worst case is that I try it for a bit, and if it doesn't work for me, just stop!
I will let you know if I try it.
