I'm a mess

Okay so I am a mess....I don't know how I can be on such a roller coaster.
I got up this morning and decided I had to just do it! I keep waiting for some miracle. It takes hard work.
Life gets in the way all the time. I need to just put myself before everything else! Otherwise this job will never get done!
So, I have made a spreadsheet for myself even though SP does a great job of tracking for me I need to actually put it on a spreadsheet because it makes me think. Sometimes on SP I am on auto pilot. I will continue to track and do all my points on SP but I need that extra step.
So on my sheet is weight, water, fruits and veggies, walking and posting on Fitbit.
Today I tried and did pretty well. I went over 50 calories but tomorrow I won't. I also have decided NO sweets for at least a week whether it is low cal or not. I will eat fruit instead.
I started walking again and took my morning walk. I was pretty tired so I only have 5300. I will work back up to 10,000.
It is already May and I don't want Dec to get here and realize I have done nothing toward my goals.
