    My boyfriend and I do dance games (he likes DDR, but we mostly play Dance Central and Just Dance... he's a good sport lol) Yeah it def. makes us more active together. We use to go on walks together too in our old neighborhood. We should really make a new route now that it's summer.

    My last boyfriend was also a jogger like your and I'm not. He would jog and I would bike ride next to him. We would do this after 5pm. A lot of time I would have a picnic dinner kept in the basket on the bike. We would stop along the bike trail when we hit this lake. It was great. I love feeling healthy and sharing it with people you love.

    I totally agree with you regarding moderation. It's not being so restrictive that it is a chore but something enjoyable that you can stick with. Your face is glowing and you look GREAT! Keep up the good work.
