Plateau

Wednesday, May 08, 2013

I have reached A PLATEAU IN MY WEIGHT RELEASE PROGRAMS. Therefore, I have become discouraged which has led me to being less careful about my diet. Last night I even finished the mac and cheese we had for dinner before going to bed.

I bought The Spark Solution on amazon.com today and was happy to find that it came with 3 months of Spark Coach which has a program just for plateau busting. I started it right away and again began tracking my food. I will check in with them every day to continue the program which lasts 1 month. They also suggested I get into exercise by using the 10 min. spark videos. This will be a way to ease into exercise and build up endurance gradually.

I also will receive two exercise dvd's from SP. I will have to work up to using them, but that will be a reward I can look forward to.

I am excited about the entire program--book, Spark Coach, exercise videos and DVD's.

I do not know whether it is the warm weather but I am stuck too and going the wrong way this week. I stress ate this week.
I hope that the spark solution gives you the edge you need.
As for me I am going back to daily weighing, hopefully I can catch the damage before it goes way out of hand.

Hugs.

Everyone has a plateau at one time or another. I bet if someone else was going through this, you would be right there encouraging them to push through. Keep pushing. Even if the scale doesn't budge, your hard work is still paying off. Plus, the scale is not the only way to measure progress so don't allow a darn number to discourage you! Progress, not perfection.

Maybe all you need is a change in your workout routine. Glad you bought the Spark solution and are tracking again. Keep it up and remember to remind yourself of all of the positive things that are happening, not just the frustrating.

You *WILL* bust through this plateau. emoticon emoticon emoticon
