To day is day 2 of Tracy Anderson's 30 day method. OK I have to admit it I can't do all the exercises I want to today. I have sore arms and a really sore bum. I think I will do some cardio and ab exercises.
I woke up very late today, TO late and didn't have the greatest lunch/breakfast.
I have already had some brie with whole wheat crackers a large lettuce salad with my (lowfat) natural, basil sun dried tomato dressing, that I got at the farmers market, yum. With a half cup of coffee, includes some half and half. (I just can't give up the half and half no matter how hard I try) I have given up on fast food just not, the half and half I also, can't drink a full cup of joe it just becomes to much for me and I don't drink coffee everyday, so...
Anyway, I will slather myself up with super strong muscle rub stretch and do some exercises and get that heart rate up. Finish the rest of the day with more veggies, fruit and tasty lean soy protein on the side.
And I have to remember just keep swimming, just keep swimming, just keep swimming
