i have been between 170 - 171 for TWO WHOLE WEEKS! and a day. THAT'S 15 DAYS! GRRRRRR. i have tried amping up my exercise, resting from exercise, doing normal exercise....and throughout all of those, eating like a champ. SO WHAT THE EFF!
i am going to try a lil metabolism boosting kick, dependent completely on this wonderful wonderful weather.
three "workouts" a day.
#1 -- 30 day shred at the crack o dawn!
#2 -- long and leisurely lunch hour walk!
#3 -- 20-60 mins of circuit training after work!
i am drinking 10 cups of water a day, and feel like im peeing my life away, but apparently im not peeing my fat away...
I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHHHHHTTTTTTT. ok i am done internet yelling. haha. hope everyone had a good hump day :)
