Well, 5 months later, 24 pounds gone and what have I learned?
I learned that hot days are more enjoyable with less weight...same goes for high heels.
I learned I actually enjoy workouts and get a buzz from the "burn".
I learned I don't hate salads as much as I thought.
I learned I still have food cravings. (Smashburger!)
I learned that it is hard to log foods, especially when trying to deny a binge.
I learned that I may still want to drop another 5 pounds.
Most of all, I learned that Spark People is a great site with really supportive fellow members.
