Day 1 - Kicking it into gear!

I am proud to say that I am on a diet! I currently weigh 229 pounds and my goal weight is to be 105 pounds. I have just started the Jumpstart to Skinny diet today and so far so good.
I will be posting pictures of myself once a month. Although, the Jumpstart to Skinny diet is only 3 weeks I will be doing it for approximately 19 weeks consecutively or till I reach my desired weight level. After the Jumpstart diet I will also do the P90X 90 day workout and diet regimen. I want to reach my goal weight before the end of the year. I know it's a lot of weight, but I am very much determined and I know I can do it! I've been overweight for approximately 8 years now and I just want my old body back and I would very much want to fit into my skinny jeans that I once wore when I was in my first year of college. Cheers to another round of dieting and exercising!
