I'm so hungry!!!

Heyyyyyyy Sparkies!!! It's been a while since i've checked in!! How have you all been doing??? Well, I have been doing just fine!! Just Working and living!! I've also been enjoyng this lovely warm weather we've been having! I have been walking outside with my work BFF's during my lunch! But today was so hot, I wished throughout the whole walk that I woulda stayed in doors! lol

Anywho.........

Since yesterday I have been incredibly hungry!!! I took a water zumba class yesterday and I must say, it was awesome! I burned a bunch of calories and had a fun time doing it. I didn't eat much lastnight, but todayyyyyyy I could eat a horse! I've been talking about Turkey Taco salads and meat filled breadsticks. Help!!! I hate that I want to eat! Seems like it defeats my workouts!

HUnrgy Hungry, it might be this new Insulin that i'm taking too! Who knows! Have a blessed week all!

    Eat salad. You can eat and eat and eat and there are so many great nutrients with very little calories. Just go easy on the dressing and avoid high calorie toppings (like taco beef, almonds, cheese..etc).

    I have a friend who's going to teach a water Zumba class once the public pools open. I can't do the regular Zumba because it's too hard on these ol' knees, so I'm glad to hear it was awesome!

Don't let yourself get too hungry....

    Maybe try eating something with protein that will keep you full. Or some kettle popcorn, thats always a snack I turn to when I have one of those days where it seems like I can't eat enough!
