Well, it seems like I cannot eat enough calories! I've been eating two meals and three snacks (I can't seem to get breakfast in). I'm full and don't want any more to eat but I'm only consuming around 500-600 calories per day! Even with sunflower seeds and half a Dove dark chocolate bar yesterday, I was way under the recommended calories with only 763.

I need to work on my water consumption - only 6 glasses yesterday and so far today only 1.

Yesterday a friend gave me a dried okra to try - pretty tasty, need to check out the nutritional info on those and maybe buy some. Crunchy like a chip but I'm sure it is way better for me! If I can get someone to walk with me, I may try walking to Fresh Market (1 mile round trip) and check them out.

Off to work on another lifestyle change - organizing my crafts. Right now I have a huge mess in my bedroom, yarn and other supplies are overrunning. I've bought boxes to sort the skeins by color and group other supplies. It will be nice to see a large space in my bedroom again - maybe I can set up my Gazelle in there once I'm done, instead of having it in the living room.

    Yeah really need to get where those calories are supposed to be, not good for you.
