Boy it's been a while since I last wrote a blog. As usual weight went up a little during tax season, esp. the last couple of weeks. Now I have to get back &get this done. I don't like what I see when I look in the mirror, I see someone that looks a lot older than I want to. So it's up to me & I feel this is the place to do it. I'm trying hard to record all my food down, I think it helps more than anything else.

I will do it!

    Try some night cream. It will help your skin. And after tax season, you probably need to catch up on your sleep. That said, if you have gone off your diet during that period of stress, well, that happens to all of us at times. Try, try again.
