Sharpening Up my Spark

Wednesday, May 08, 2013

I've been on a 2 year plateau. Yes, I lost 90 pounds in my first 2 years on Spark and have been maintaining that loss within about 10 pounds for the last 2 years. Right now I am at my low weight but I would really like to lose 10 more pounds but at least I want to maintain what I have lost.

Can I do that? I think so! I bought The Spark Solution on line for my e-reader and started the first day of the 2 week program today. I got a 3 month subscription to Spark Coach's plateau buster program and this is my first exercise.

I will keep in touch and let you know how it goes.

I have plateau'd myself....but it's because I'm not working my plan. I'm "in the spirit" of myplan but not playing it straight. I'm maintaining but it's time to get more serious again, I can feel it coming.

If you remember how satisfying it is to loose the weight, get loads of compliments, try new exercises, and feel like you own the place emoticon emoticon , you can do it!

Just keep your Spark chin up and your food temptations down! emoticon

You certainly can do this! Sounds like you've taken some great steps to achieve your goal. Now I need to get something concrete in place for myself. Hmmm......

I, too, have been on a two year plus plateau, after having dropped between 35 & 40 pounds. I tend to think of that last five pounds as my "play around with pounds" - meaning I fluctuate within that range & have done so for over two years.

Ideally, I would like to drop fifteen more pounds; however, to keep my "play around with pounds" forever lost would be wonderful.

God bless!
