I took some Emergen-C yesterday and think I kicked it before it caught me (either that or I was just having a blah day). I exercised today and feel so much better. Still not too motivated to run errands but at least I got in my workout.
I've already had a green smoothie this morning and feel so energized. I need to really put forth an effort to have a green smoothie for breakfast every morning. It seriously helps so much! It also helps me to not feel too tempted to eat bad foods. I don't want to mess up my great start of the day.
