Today is day 6 of trying to eat healthier. In addition last night my mom made a deal that if I can go three weeks without junk food she will give up her cigarettes; something I have been asking her to do for years. In addition she doesn't think I can do it, so now I really want to prove her wrong.
I had a small slip last night when I ate an entire sleeve of Ritz crackers with spreadable cheese, which she agreed to overlook.
In the past my diet usually consisted of several candy bars a day in addition to at least one package of either goldfish crackers or cheese puffs and or an entire box of cookies.
One thing I really need to work on is if I don't have the junk food to snack on I tend not to eat at all.
