Yay for goat's cheese!

One of my favourite salads is goat's cheese and roasted veg with greens and I got to have that yesterday as day 4 on "the Plan"
Happy to report that I was DOWN 0.4 this morning, so goat's cheese is a go for me and my body likes it!
It was a retest! Last time I wasn't sure, so I wanted to retest!
I still have not introduced coffee/chocolate!
Not going to do that until I keep up the probiotics regularly!
Today I am testing Rye.
The menu for lunch called for Ryevita cracker with almond butter, salad with avo on the side!
Last time I had the ryevita crackers with almond butter I could not swallow it easily , you know how nut butters stick in your throat? So this time I got smart!
I put the avo on the cracker and put the almonds in the salad! It worked out just fine!
I meant to take a pic, but ate it all before I remembered! Sorry!
So I have not seen the 153's in YEARS!!! That is cause for a celebration!
Perhaps soon I will see the 140's!
Lots of social events coming up with Mother's day and such and so I don't know how much damage that will do!
I'll make the best choices I can!
