It's been a long time since I Sparked regularly. Hopefully I am back on track now. I've been watching what I eat but not tracking because my stupid laptop broke. I use my hubby's pc when I can but rely mostly on my cellphone and I don't like the SP mobile app. I'm back to using the SP exercise videos and am doing a bootcamp one right now and also using my elliptical for 30-40 mins a day.
My hubby is having severe chronic pain. It's taking a toll on him both physically and mentally. His doctor has ordered a water therapy regime for him so hopefully that will help. Because the closest and cheapest place for the water therapy is the local YMCA that is around the corner and down one street from us I have decided to ask my doctor for a referral to the Exercise is Medicine program at the Y. It's $99 for 3 months but has a sliding fee so I would only have to pay $30 for 3 months. This way I can do my exercise while my hubby is doing his and we will both be getting healthier. Just waiting for the referral and then the intake meeting with the Y specialist and we are on our way. I'm actually pretty excited even though I am usually apprehensive about exercising in front of others.
