omg! I forgot how sweaty I get!

When you start back on the long road of establishing an old habit you WANT back, there is a period of adjustment!! I can't believe that two miles made me so sweaty!! I included weights and different movements, but still!!!
This trip back to my road to good health is so important that I WILL go through this hard beginning. If I just would have kept going, I would not be having this achy, sweaty, problem!
That is a warning to those of you that want to take a vacation from your healthy habits!!!!
The one thing I made sure I kept in control was my blood sugar numbers...There were times they were higher than I wanted, but on the whole, they have remained pretty good. I test two times a day...take my meds religiously, and when I see a jump in the numbers I fix it...
My whole journey started with my diagnosis of Diabetes. So my journey has always been going on, but I just took a side road for a bit :) The walking/ healthy eating part has been on the back burner.... Now I moved it forward...... :)
