So I am feeling fit and strong from all the ST I've added into my workout routine. I also feel like a have more energy to do things. I live in a Tri level which basically is fancy for "A LOT OF STAIRS" LOL. I must go up 50 flights of stairs a day. I actually do not mind it all. I kind of like it. It's exercise I do ALL day. With all this added ST I really notice my leg muscles and glutes when climbing said stairs. It's pretty cool.
To get to the point. I feel good! I feel like I'm getting harder and less jiggly. I feel like I am shrinking even. I am going to weigh-in on Friday just to check out the number. I am not going to put a lot of emotion into it. I feel good and I know I'm getting smaller. If the scale is up I need to remind myself of this. The scale has a way about it so I am telling myself now. If it is up I may stop weighing myself for awhile. Atleast a month or so. Let these new stronger muscles do their work for awhile... I don't need something like a weigh-in day to bring me down or trick me into thinking the wrong way. So Friday will be my test "weigh-in" day. I will try to blog about it after.
