I had my appointment with the trainer today and I bought 8 sessions with him.
I'm going to spread it out to twice a week so it last a month. I know he wants to use it up faster so I will hurry and buy more but I want to work it into my plan I am making to finally get into the 150's like I have been talking about forever it seems.
I was 164 this morning so that gives me 4 weeks to lose 5 pounds.
Once I have done that I will make another plan for the next 5.
So for the next 4 weeks 8 thirty minute sessions with him, at least 1 ninety minute yoga a week, and at least 20 minute cardio everyother day.
For the food part NOTHING processed, just fresh organic vegs, fruit, fish and poultry.
I am also going to track everything so I keep my calories right. A friend of mine wants me to go back to WW with her. I am thinking about it. I would rather just use the Spark tracker but sometimes it helps me out knowing I have to go get weighed. We will see.
It feels good to have a plan.
