May: Off to a bad start

Wednesday, May 08, 2013

Well all of my great intentions have gone out the window for this month so far.
I have not been able to start exercising correctly or consistently. I ended up in the ER with abdominal and chest pains and they admitted me for testing. emoticon emoticon
EKG, Ultrasounds, Stress test, Blood work, blood work, blood work, etc. Well the good news is results all came back negative except for very low potasium. I am home today but need to go back for EEG and MRI tomorrow.
So yeah I hope to be ready for the next challenge and I won't give up.

Potassium is necessary for good heart function so that could have been the cause, I hope the other test are positive too.

emoticon to hear about your trip to the ER, but emoticon that so far your test results are A-OK! Hope the EEG & MRI go well tomorrow. At least the potassium level is fixable. Hope that will be the end of it.
