Yesterday I felt like I was hit with a sack of bricks when I woke up. My daughter Bailey woke me up crying and I felt like I couldn't even roll out of bed to get her a new bottle. After a good hard look in the mirror and a shocking step on the scale, I knew it was time for a change. I looked up the atkins diet, which had worked for me before, but if I'm going to do this "healthy" thing for real this time, I think I should do it right with more fruits, veggies, and whole grains. For the first time in years, I'm going to try to be more conscious. I have a long LONG way to go, but I don't want to look at it like I need to lose 130 lbs because I'll just give up and cry everyday. I want to take daily steps towards a healthy life. I'm starting by cutting out soda and eating more veggies (before yesterday I never ever ate veggies or fruits). I am loving this website it is making working out and eating well like a game and you can earn points and level up, how FUN!
