Wednesday, Day 3

So it is the morning, and I have to admit I am tired. Yesterday was a great day, but it started with a meeting at the mayors office at 7:30am! I had a full day of school, went to cycle class with my sis and her friend, and then we walked home (maybe 3 miles). Cycle was really awesome, I don't think I have pushed my muscles in a while. I could feel the hesitation and natural reaction to not push myself or increase the resistance on the bike, but riding next to my sister in the class helped a lot. She is super active, and is a great motivator. It was also my first time back in the gym in a while- it seems scary before you walk in, but once your there it is like this huge relief when you acknowledge that it's really just a place filled with people doing the same thing you are- getting in shape and taking care of their body. So I am going to walk 13 miles this weekend in a half marathon with my sis and boyfriends mom... I really need to make sure I go easy on working out Thursday, and then maybe do something extremely light on Friday.
Eating habits have been actually really easy, but I know that it has only been two days. I am really excited to get a week of healthy eating under my belt. I know the weekends are the most difficult time for me to stay on track, so I will just be very mindful about planning. Ok homework time!
