Walking, but not dieting...

Well, Buddy and I have been for at least one walk each day. I did cave and give upon the 17 Day Diet... after 7 days, barely down 4 lbs. But, what I did see was control of my food, I wasn't eating ravenously, but also what was happening, yes, I was eating very healthy but dh wasn't. Unless I make us a good meal, he was eating junk and crap. So, I needed to change that. But, there is too much good food coming available. I can do this healthy, and knowing I have magnesium and folate problems anyway, not having any grains in my life would probably come back to bit me in the butt any.way.
