No Title Wednesday

I read an article about motivation this morning. "Viewing motivation as the ability to resist the lure of "bad" foods or overcome the appeal of lying on the couch will only lead to frustration and self-blame. Things go much better when you see motivation as the ability to give yourself the chance to make conscious decisions and take responsibility for these choices" A good reminder that I need to make the best choice possible whenever I can. Will I be perfect? Heck no, but one not so great choice shouldn't beget another not so great choice.

Goals for today:

emoticon 5 servings of freggies today, 6 emoticon

emoticon Get up and move for at least 5 minutes during every hour sitting today emoticon

emoticon Complete at least 2 strength exercises. emoticon

emoticon Complete at least 1 report emoticon

emoticon Spend 20 minutes reading today emoticon
