It is 2.36am and I cannot sleep! went to bed at 10.30pm and have been like a jumping bean ever since....
I want to eat!!
I really want to eat!!
Have drunk so much water to try and stop the wanting that now part of the reason I cannot sleep is the water!!!

It is cold in the office so I have come in here to try and make myself --what--- tired by typing ---- tired by getting cold ---- distracted from my incessant mind and rumbling tummy....

going back to bed... the cat is not happy with me...


Thanks for that... the problem with reading is I cannot stop reading or thinking about it.. Addictive personality with OCD tendencies.... ahhh ... and the cat just bit me emoticon

    Try eating a healthy snack before bedtime or a glass of warm milk when you can't sleep. If you are truly hungry, try something healthy--I like to keep baby carrots to snack on when water doesn't do the trick.

    I hate when I get insomnia! I know how you feel because I've been there too. For me, reading in bed helps put my mind at ease and allows me to fall asleep. If hunger is keeping you awake though, try eating a health snack before bed. P.S. - Your cat will get over it. Mine always does. emoticon
