Most common excuses for not working out? By Kelly!

1. It's 5 am and I JUST WANT TO SLEEP.

2. It's 9 pm and it's DARK.

3. Screw it, I'm tired.

4. Okay, I'll go watch TV with you, dear.

We have busy lives and it sucks some days because it totally gives me every excuse in the book. On any given day, I normally don't get home before 9 pm and I'm up at 6 am to get ready for the day again. I need to stop letting this rule my life.
