I wasn't completely pleased with my food choices yesterday. My daughter was over and left the Girl Scout mint cookies out on an end table. I don't even really like cookies, or sweets in general, but I ate three. Not too disastrous. I was still in my plan limits. My definite weakness is breads and fat. Anyways, I got up this morning not feeling very energetic. On the treadmill I had to walk at a slightly slower speed than I've been doing. I did the full time, though. When I got on the scale, I had lost two and a half pounds! I an really surprised how well this diet is working. Frankly, I am almost never hungry. I'm following the diabetic guidelines and it's a lot more calories than I thought I needed to eat. Seems to be working, though.
