Well in all honesty I've failed myself so far this week. I'm not eating the amount of calories carbs, protien or fat I'm recommended to. It's always drastically lower. I just have no appetite. I've been doing more liquids than anything.
I drink my protien shake, 8 to 12 glasses of water a day, Fruit and veggie smoothies and only one cup of coffee per day. Absolutely no soda what so ever!
I also have not exercised yet this week but I will be doing so starting today. No excuses. I've just keep putting off with "another hour I will" and the next thing I know it's time for bed. It's got to stop and it's got to stop now.
It's not like I'm going to a gym so nothing to be embarrassed about. It's just the idea of being ok with leaving the computer and going into my room, putting the videos in and going thru the movements. What is sooooo hard about that that I keep putting it off?
