We started a weight loss challenge at work, everyone lost...but me :( Things have been chaotic since I created a SP account. But my classes are done for the semester and Im taking this summer to focus on me and make lifelong changes. Recommitting to logging what I put in my mouth and to get to the gym...even while Im on vacation next week! Here we go...
