Yesterday was Day 2 of being back on track. I managed to stay UNDER my calorie limit and squeezed in another 40-minute walk.
There's nothing like seeing those numbers creep up on the scale to get this gal back on track again! Honestly I think I was becoming cocky about my ability to eat over my limit and still keep the weight off. Ha! That worked okay for a while, but combine day after day of eating too much along with slacking off in the exercise department over the past month due to illness and then strained muscle... it's a recipe for disaster! (Pardon the melodrama... we are only talking about WEIGHT here, folks!)
I think it's helpful to reflect back on "why did I fall off the wagon." It helps to know why we do these things so we can prevent it the next time.
My stomach pain is gradually improving. I actually have a more free evening tonight, so maybe I will attempt a light jog -- or at least a longer walk.

Hey, glad you are adding up the points/minutes. Every choice makes a difference. Thanks for stopping in to my SP page. I am enjoying my competitive streak wanting to beat last week's exercise minutes. Nice weather and walking is really helping that. Once I can get myself outside to garden I'm fine.
